Private hire is only available 1pm-4pm on Saturdays for £75. Set up and clear up time to be included within these times.
Entry is not permitted before 1pm and hirers must leave the premises by 4pm.
Hirers are asked to attend a 15 minute meeting at 1:30pm on the Friday before their booking.
If you cannot commit to this, please do not continue with your booking request.
Failing to attend this meeting will result in the booking being cancelled and all monies retained.
A £50 security deposit will be added to the invoice to protect the Community Association against any loss or damage. This is refundable up to 28 days after the event, provided our terms and conditions have been adhered to.
